when’s the last time you sat in a waiting room - at the dentists or the city hall? imagine youre just sitting there…soaking in every-day boredom and then… somebody walks through the door and it feels like time stops. and youre trying to manage your own emotions and sensations.
i loved writing this song. its so soft and gentle - it’s melancholy and hopeful at once. its fantasy and reality. it captures that first tingle of attraction and is from the very quirky and bizarre perspective of a magazine. love it.
